Vasu Jakkal
Vasu is a passionate champion of building a better, safer, and more resilient world for all. She brings nearly 20 years of technology industry experience to Microsoft, where she is responsible for crafting the strategy, defining the go-to-market motions that help customers simplify and fortify their security posture, and guiding the execution of all aspects of SCI marketing. In her role, she also works closely with engineering to shape product strategy and roadmaps. Vasu is a dedicated advocate for diversity, and for expanding the opportunities for women in all fields of technology.
Prior to Microsoft, Vasu served as Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer of FireEye, overseeing the company’s global marketing organization. Previously to FireEye, she was vice president of corporate marketing at Brocade. Earlier in her career, she served as chief of staff to LSI’s CEO and was head of strategic initiatives and marketing for the company. She spent more than a decade at Intel in a variety of leadership roles in marketing, engineering, strategy, and general management.
Vasu holds a master’s degree in electrical engineering from the University of Minnesota and a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from College of Engineering, Pune. She is also a graduate of Stanford’s Executive Education in Strategic Marketing Management program.

Dr. Dalia Khader, a CISSP, GSEC,GCCC is currently the divisional CISO in Swiss Life Global Solution, based in Luxembourg. She has over 15 years of experience in the field of Cybersecurity. Dalia started her career in academia where she did extensive research in Modern Cryptography. After finishing her doctorate degree in University of Bath, Dalia worked as a research associate in University of Luxembourg and as a Security Architect in a telecom service provider. Throughout those years she has continuously volunteered to teach university level courses and have given specialized trainings. Her background in academia and industry helped her obtain strong theoretical and practical background in the field of cyber security. Her goal is to make complex cyber security concepts in the reach of everyone.

Leveraging her deep technical background and a passion for evangelizing the impact of disruptive technologies, Ellison Anne has helped define and advance the Data in Use security space and cultivated Enveil’s capabilities into category-defining solutions that enable secure search, analytics, sharing, and collaboration. In addition to her ongoing contributions as a cybersecurity mentor and thought leader, Ellison Anne has been recognized as an SC Media Reboot Leadership Innovator Award winner, a Woman to Watch in Security, and a CyberScoop Leet List Honoree. She started her career at the U.S. National Security Agency and holds a Ph.D. in Mathematics (Algebraic Combinatorics), a M.S. in Mathematics (Set Theoretic Topology), and a M.S. in Computer Science (Machine Learning).
Christine Huang
Christine is an expert in translating and implementing compliance across different technology domains and industry verticals.
She started her career in mobile technology sector essentially in Asia and EMEA telecommunication markets. Christine led the corporate communication effort in alignment with consumer protection and public company reporting mandates to foster transparency in product design and monetization model. Later, she transited into venture cap and legal start-ups with the focus in new and emerging technology. Christine expanded her hands-on problem-solving and analytic skills while at Promontory Financial Group, an IBM company. She worked specifically in data privacy and protection, and advised various multinational clients from Biometric, Fintech and payment platforms sectors on GDPR compliance effort.
Christine brings her passion in privacy and technology, to her recent role with Samsung Semiconductor where she piloted the privacy compliance program and led enterprise compliance effort in accelerating digital transformation. Currently, she is the Sr. Expert in Data Privacy and Protection with SAP’s multicloud organization, helping clients to achieve compliance goals in their cloud deployment, and working with engineers to productize compliance requirements.
Taejoon Park
Taejoon is Managing Director at LG Technology Ventures, the corporate VC arm of LG Group. Taejoon’s investment interest includes AI, privacy enhancing technologies, data, and deep tech. Prior to joining LG Technology Ventures, Taejoon spent the previous seven years at Applied Ventures, the venture capital arm of Applied Materials, a leading semiconductor equipment company. Taejoon’s investments include Duality Technologies, DataFleets (acquired by LiveRamp), Moloco, DMO Systems (acquired by Applied Materials), and Digital Specialty Chemicals (acquired by Entegris), among others. Taejoon holds an MBA from the Haas School of Business, University of California Berkeley.
Gene Zafrin
Gene Zafrin is Vice President and Chief Information Security Officer of RenaissanceRe, where he is responsible for global information security.
Prior to joining RenaissanceRe, Mr. Zafrin was Head of Information Security for Oscar Insurance, where he built information and physical security functions of the company. Before Oscar, Mr. Zafrin was with Bridgewater Associates and Goldman Sachs, where he held several senior information security roles.
Mr. Zafrin holds a Bachelor of Science in Math and Computer Science Moscow Gas and Oil Academy, as well as an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. In addition, Mr. Zafrin holds a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification.

Sean was born and raised in New York City and has lived in various places around the world including Seattle, Chicago, San Francisco and the UK. He currently lives in New York with his wife and eight year old daughter. He likes fitness including martial arts, boxing, and skiing. He rides a Triumph Thruxton and plays upright bass (although, admittedly, not well).
