Amrita has over 13 years of experience in the Financial Services industry. She has been with SG Global Solution Centre (SG GSC) since 2011 where she has spearheaded several key initiatives around emerging technology. A driver of innovation, she has led projects on Robotic Process Automation, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning to name a few. Currently she is the Global Program Director for Smart Automation, Corporate & Investment Banking Operations.

As an ‘agent of change’ she has played a pivotal role in the setting up of the RPA 'centre of excellence' at SG GSC. She connects the dots with her expertise in Process Excellence, RPA & Cognitive Technologies (OCR, ML, NLP) and liaises with several of the innovation wings at SG GSC.

Amrita has an MBA from the Indian School of Business where she earned a dual major in Analytical Finance & Strategic Marketing.

Sunil Shah is the Deputy CEO of SG GSC and supports the CEO in the global implementation of the business plan. He is responsible for the overall management and governance of the organisation, effective transformation strategy for SG GSC and act as an innovation champion.

Sunil joined SG GSC in 2011. Prior to joining SG GSC, Sunil was Senior Director, Asset Management – IT at Fidelity Investments from 2004 to 2011. His previous assignments also include an eleven year stint with Infosys Technologies in their Banking and Capital Markets Division. In Fidelity, Sunil was instrumental in defining the roadmap and the strategy for the Asset Management IT organisation in Bangalore and defining engagement models that promoted better accountability and collaboration. Sunil holds a Computer Science Engineering Degree from the University of Mysore, and an MBA from INSEAD, Singapore and France.

Pankajam Sridevi is the Managing Director of ANZ Bengaluru Hub. She is leading a team of almost 7,000 staff in Technology and Operations based in Bengaluru, the information technology hub of India.

Pankajam Sridevi is the Managing Director of ANZ Bengaluru Hub. She is leading a team of almost 7,000 staff in Technology and Operations based in Bengaluru, the information technology hub of India.

Pankajam joined ANZ in 2007. In her current role, she is leading the Technology and Operations teams in supporting the key global initiatives of the bank by building their core capabilities. She works with the leadership team to embrace end-to-end process improvements through a culture of change to get improved customer service, capability build, compliance and cost reduction.
Pankajam has also been spearheading the automation initiative in the delivery centres of ANZ. She is instrumental in supporting the spread of Robotics Process Automation (RPA) across multiple functional groups and countries.

One of her key focus areas has been acquiring the right talent, nurturing and retaining it. She is also passionate about developing homegrown leaders. Pankajam has been at the forefront of leading the diversity and inclusion agenda in ANZ through her steadfast focus on increasing the hiring of women leaders and persons with disabilities.

Prior to ANZ, Pankajam has worked in reputed companies and has over 28 years of rich experience in diverse segments ranging from manufacturing, technology (including design of integrated
process automation/systems, technology service management and software development), and IT-enabled services.

Pankajam holds an engineering degree from NIT, Kozhikode. Prior to ANZ, she has spent most of her career with Wipro and ABB across technology, operations and engineering.

Irina is a healthcare specialist with a background in medicine and management consulting. She previously spent seven years with Bain & Company, where she was a leader in the European healthcare practice, and brings a wealth of experience across Europe, the US and emerging markets to the firm. Irina has advised multiple private equity funds on healthcare due diligence and post-acquisition projects, and has worked directly with pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and healthcare services companies on strategic initiatives including growth, business models, R&D and innovation, M&A, organisational development and operational improvement.

Irina is a medical doctor with a first-in-class degree and experience across multiple healthcare systems. She studied medicine at Iasi Medical University in Romania and Freiburg University in Germany as a Rotary Scholar, and was a visiting surgical fellow at Harvard Medical School. She also holds a MSc in International Health Policy from London School of Economics where she graduated with distinction. A native Romanian speaker, Irina is fluent in English and German and is conversational in French and Italian.
