Partner FAQs
Who will be in the room?
EDC is targeting 400+ attendees, including 200+ DSO and dental-group leaders, with a deliberate balance between operators and the partners scaling alongside them.
The DSO audience spans emerging groups through to some of the largest platforms in the market, with senior leaders across growth, operations, finance, technology, clinical strategy, marketing, workforce, procurement and revenue cycle.
What makes EDC valuable for partners?
EDC is not built around generating the largest possible exhibition floor. It is built around putting relevant companies into the room with the DSO leaders facing problems they can help solve.
Partnerships are therefore tied closely to live DSO priorities, from PMS and data to RCM, patient growth, workforce, procurement, capital and specialty expansion.
What partnership options are available?
Opportunities can include thought leadership, executive roundtables, PrecisionMatch meetings, networking receptions, VIP breakfasts or dinners, hosted experiences, innovation or case-study moments and bespoke activations.
The strongest partnerships combine relevant content with structured access to the people you want to meet.
What is PrecisionMatch?
PrecisionMatch is EDC’s pre-scheduled one-to-one meeting programme.
Rather than matching companies based only on job title or company size, meetings are designed around business priorities, areas of interest and genuine commercial fit.

Does partnership include a speaking opportunity?
Speaking is available within selected partnership opportunities.
All sponsored content is co-developed with the content team so that it fits the 2027 agenda and addresses a genuine problem facing the DSO audience. The aim is thought leadership that contributes something useful to the discussion, rather than a product pitch.
Can we target specific DSOs?
Yes. PrecisionMatch and selected hosted opportunities can be built around an agreed ideal customer profile and priority-account list.
Meetings remain subject to attendee fit, availability and participation, so we cannot guarantee individual accounts, but the programme can be structured around the organizations and decision-makers most relevant to your business.
Will partners receive attendee-list access?
Data access depends on the individual partnership package and the approved 2027 data policy.
Partners should not assume unrestricted access to the full attendee database unless this is explicitly included within their contracted package.
Can you create a bespoke package?
Yes. In fact, some of the strongest EDC partnerships are built this way.
We start with three questions:
- Who do you want to meet?
- What DSO challenge is most relevant to your business?
- What commercial outcome are you trying to achieve?
From there, we can build a combination of content, curated meetings, hosted networking and brand presence around that objective.
