Sustainability and Risk Solutions,Former CRO HSBCManuel Vicente is a senior international executive with over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry with business, treasury, risk, and finance expertise. Manuel is currently advising financial services, climate tech and academia in assessing materiality and leading solutions in sustainability, climate, and risk management. This includes ESG Board training, strategic plans, risk appetite, client/product due diligence, stress testing, and disclosures.
Prior to this, Manuel was CRO Europe Wholesale and Markets at HSBC, where he focused, amongst others, on shaping and delivering the Sustainability and ESG strategy across the UK and EU regulatory landscape. Prior senior positions included Group Risk, Regulatory and Data lead for IBOR Transition and Group Risk lead for Brexit.
Manuel holds a MSc in Business Engineering from the Louvain School of Management (LSM of UCL), and the Sustainability and Climate Risk (SCR) certificate from the Global Association of Risk Professionals.Eric Hamborg

Nathalie Meurer
Nathalie Meurer is a graduate of the business school HEC Paris and holds a DECF, a state diploma in accountancy. During the first decade of her career, she worked in the international financial sector.
At the auditing and consulting firm Coopers & Lybrand, she worked in Düsseldorf, Germany, then in France and Austria.
From 2001 to 2007, Nathalie Meurer took over as the Financial Director of Fnac in Portugal, where she set up an innovative structure dedicated to sustainable development, and later Fnac in Italy, notably developing online commerce.
Returning to Paris in 2007, she held the position of Financial Director of the Surcouf brand, owned by the Fnac group.
In 2008, Nathalie Meurer was appointed Vice President of Finance for the ready-to-wear brand Celio, where she guided strategic and audit actions as a member of the executive committee.
When she joined Moët Hennessy in 2015, she took over audit and internal control, bringing her expertise and knowledge of selective distribution to the group’s Wine and Spirits division.
Since spring 2022, as a member of the Maison Hennessy Management Committee, Nathalie Meurer has been in charge of Sustainable Development and H2030 Projects, the Maison’s strategic roadmap for the next ten years, which she is supporting in its deployment.
Hennessy's ambitious strategy and commitments in environmental and societal responsibility and transition are major pillars of the Sustainable Development department.
