    Diane is a four-time IAM Strategy 300 World's Leading IP Strategist and USPTO-registered patent attorney. At Dolby, she leads an 18-person global team, developing and executing U.S. and international patent filing strategies and heading Dolby’s worldwide trademark portfolio. A four-time Super Lawyers Rising Star, she began in IP litigation at international law firms Morrison & Foerster and Sidley Austin. 

    Diane frequently presents at conferences throughout the U.S. and has guest lectured at Stanford, University of California-Berkeley’s Haas School of Business, and serves as regular faculty at PLI. She has been quoted or profiled in numerous legal publications including Law360, American Lawyer/Law.com, IAM, and Managing IP. She is a Founding Board Member of the California IP Alliance. Diane received her J.D. from the University of Chicago and a Physics degree from Cornell University.
