He also holds an appointment as Associate Clinical Professor at the Medical College of Virginia, Virginia Commonwealth University in the division of Urogynecology and serves as Director of Robotic Surgery at Johnston Willis Medical Center.

Prior to moving to Virginia, Dr. Guerette served as Director of Urogynecology at Pennsylvania Hospital, University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia. Dr. Guerette is board certified in Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery, Obstetrics and Gynecology as well as Family Medicine. He completed his Fellowship in Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Pelvic Surgery at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation in 2005 and is the first fellowship trained, board certified Urogynecologist in Central Virginia.
