Speaker Application Guidance

Submission Deadline

We accept submissions until the August 16th, 5pm (EST).

Applications are accepted on a rolling basis so we recommend submitting them early to have the best chance of being selected.

Submission Guidelines

We will not accept more than 3 submissions per organization, any further submissions will be returned. This is because we hope to have a high representation of organisations within our speaking faculty to discuss issues within this space from multiple perspectives.

We do accept panel submissions, as well as applications to panels already scheduled within our agenda. We do require new panel applications to name all panel participants and require these to be from at least two different organisations.

Our organisation and conference are not pay-to-play so we will not be paying honorariums to speakers and will not cover travel & accommodations for them. In exceptional circumstances, we will consider covering either travel or accommodation for speakers for whom this will cause substantial issues and whose contribution we believe to be invaluable for the event.

Our conference is a space for payers and providers to collaborate and come together in tackling healthcare challenges. We, therefore, prioritise submissions from speakers representing these organisations and will ask for a sponsorship fee from vendors wanting to present at the event.

Response to Submissions

We guarantee a response to every submitted application and offer the chance for one resubmission with adjustments and changes made to the speaker submission. We do require a presentation that will be a good fit for the program to be able to accept applications.
