Pamela Wolfe
Pamela Wolfe is the Chief of the Enterprise Services Division of NASA’s Shared Services Center (NSSC) located in Bay St Louis, MS. Pamela is a graduate of the University of Southern MS and is responsible for managing the Agency IT help desk, the customer contact center, the National Center for Critical Information Processing and Storage (NCCIPS) which is a Federal data center facility, and robotics process automation. Pamela also services as the Innovation Champion for the NSSC.
During her tenure at the NSSC, Pamela established the Agency Information Technology Business Office to manage $400M in Agency IT contracts. As a charter member of NASA’s Shared Services Center, Pamela established processes and procedures for monitoring performance and reporting of metrics associated with service level agreements for the 60+ services provided across Financial Management, Human Resources, Procurement, and IT. Prior to joining NASA in 2006, Pamela held various Business and Financial management positions with Lockheed Martin and Sverdrup Technologies.
Pamela has been honored as the recipient of the NASA Superior Accomplishment Award, and the NASA Exceptional Achievement Medal for her analytical support to the NSSC.
Ed Hansen
Edward J. Hansen brings more than 20 years of experience representing clients in technology transactions that involve significant business change. From the early stages of deals, Ed works closely with clients and their advisers on whole deal advice, often before a request for proposal is sent, and continues his support throughout the engagement’s life cycle.
Allyssa Williamson
Allyssa Williamson is the Innovative Automation program manager for Vistra Energy located in Dallas, Texas. Allyssa is a graduate of Texas A&M University and responsible for identifying and setting the strategic plan to implement new technological opportunities within the next wave of tools aimed at transforming and optimizing business processes. As the lead for launching robotic process automation across the enterprise, she established the Innovative Automation program and Center of Excellence in May 2017. During her tenure at Vistra Energy, Allyssa has experience in lean process optimization, revenue operations, and acquisition sales, with most of her focus rooted in continuous operational improvement practices. She has been awarded the Customer Quality Master award for achieving the highest level of lean skilling at Vistra Energy.
Guy Kirkwood
Guy Kirkwood is Chief Evangelist at UiPath, the leading RPA vendor. He has 20 years' experience in outsourcing and a particular interest in the future of shared services and BPO. He is a writer and presenter on RPA, cognitive and AI.

Sudhir Sen
Sudhir has industry leading expertise in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and implementations focused on cognitive and strategic automation solutions using Jiffy bots.
He has spent more than a decade in Data and Analytics and has experience in various leadership roles managing large Data and Analytics portfolios driving innovation and strategy for clients, advocating the use of Data and Analytics solutions to clients in RPA.
Mats Johannesson
Mats was responsible for setting up the Robotics CoE for Volvo Group, and his job involves evaluating RPA products and defining the strategic direction for RPA within Volvo Group.
Umesh NV
Umesh is the Site Lead at Otis Elevators’ Finance and Analytics Shared Service Centre.
He has close to 29 years’ experience in Shared Services, Controllership, Corporate Finance, Taxation and Treasury.
Prior to working at Otis Elevators, Umesh was the Senior Director and Centre Head for Dell EMC’s India Shared Services Centre, where he lead a Global Delivery Centre with over 850+ resources delivering end to end services, and managed O2C, H2R, P2P, Customer & Professional Service and Sales and Marketing Ops including Analytics.
He also was Head of Finance and Operations at ANZ IT and a Partner in a CA firm.
He is a Chartered Accountant and a Bachelor of Commerce.
Ashish Kumar Jha
Ashish in his current role leads implementation of Robotics Process Automation in HSBC for Payments business services spread across multiple regions and GSC. His role involves ensuring solution delivery is “fit for purpose” and delivers the promised design and outcome in the most Agile manner.
Ashish joined HSBC in 2014 and has worked on several transformation and streamlining programs and projects across geography. Prior to this role, he has worked with Tesco and Unisys leading global change and transformation programs in IT and Business. He is an Agile PM practitioner and holds accreditation in Portfolio, Program and Project Management.
Ashish is based out of Hyderabad, India.
Nitin Agrawal
Nitin Agrawal leads the implementation of Robotic Process Automation in HSBC’s Global Service Centres (GSCs) in 7 countries, with over 40,000 employees. His role involves leadership in establishing the right governance and capability for Robotics, and delivery of effective automation solutions.
Nitin joined HSBC in 2005, and has worked in multiple geographies and entities across the Americas, Asia-Pacific and the Middle-East in a variety of change and transformation-oriented leadership roles. Prior to this, he worked with Wipro and GE Capital in Operations and Quality Management roles. He is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt, and an experienced Master Black Belt.
