Taking a cue from the Gen Y, Sujatha is actively engaged on social channels, listening to innovation-centric conversations and engaging with people through blogs and articles. She has also spoken and presented on Robotic Process Automation and its journey at Bosch at NASSCOM.

He has demonstrated cross-cultural leadership in IT consulting, having worked with organizations like Sabre, Sun Microsystems, IBM, CSC in areas such as Digital Transformation, Cloud Solutions, Engineering and Services.  Rajesh has been involved in agile transformation in his previous organizations and is very passionate about agile and digital transformation. In his previous organization, he owned the strategy and roadmap for a key cloud offering and managed the solution and offering development throughout its lifecycle, including product strategy development, customer insights/needs, and requirements definition. He has also been involved in strategic offshoring for various customers across the globe helping them unlock value and bring in significant cost savings.

Rajesh has a Bachelors in Technology in Electrical and Electronics engineering and has done his executive management program from IIM Bangalore.  He is a keen follower of technology trends and is also PMP certified, IBM certified Cloud Solution advisor, certified Product Owner and Scrum Master. He is an avid squash player and also likes running and biking in his free time.

 Prior to the current role, he managed the Rightsourcing initiative at Yahoo where he created and implemented a worldwide rightsourcing and rightshoring strategy. He also led Yahoo’s Shared Services center in Bangalore, India and Global Outsourcing function for product development and business services.

Over his career, he has successfully led offshoring/outsourcing/shared services functions at BEA, VeriSign, Symantec and Yahoo! He has also been in various roles with service providers including Practice Management, Delivery Management, Client Partner and Business Development.

Piyush started his career with Ernst & Young in 1986 as an Audit Assistant. In 1988, Piyush joined Nestle where he was responsible for F&A for a Green Field Project, Sales and Corporate Office. Piyush joined Amersham in 1995 taking on the role of the Finance Controller for the India operations, where he was instrumental in setting up and growing the business.
In 2001 Piyush moved to GE Healthcare as the Manager-Finance responsible for the Clinical Systems’ Engg, Manufacturing and Sales teams, playing a key role in controllership as well as New Product Introductions.  He worked with GE till 2006 (India & US), before joining Genpact

Anand joined Target India in 2010 and has been leading the Finance team, managing overall responsibilities for strategy and operations. In this role, he is responsible for leading the Finance Operations team that supports global Finance and the Indirect Sourcing & Procurement CoE team that drives sourcing strategy in Minneapolis and Bangalore. Additionally, Anand heads the CFO/Controllership function for Target India.

Anand comes with over 20 years of diverse experience in corporate banking, business strategy, finance controllership, business transformation & re-engineering, risk management and the setting-up of Finance Global In-house Centers (GIC). He has worked with companies such as Citibank, Bank of America and American Express, and has experience leading global teams.

Anand is a management accountant (CMA) from the Institute of Cost Accountants of India, Certified Information Systems Auditor [CISA – non-practicing] from ISACA, and has passed the Certified Public Accountancy (CPA) examination from the Maine State Board of Accountancy.
