I currently head up Learning for Investec U.K. where my primary focus is to enable an effective continuous learning culture to drive extraordinary performance and innovation across the business.
Prior to joining Investec in January 2017, I worked as a management consult at Deloitte U.K across multiple sectors in the U.K and internationally in the fields of organisational development, change and transformation, and learning.
I hold MSc. in Organisational and Social Psychology from the London School of Economics and Political Sciences, summa cum laude B.A in Clinical Psychology from the Universidad Catolica Argentina, and I’m currently a Doctoral student at the University of Pennsylvania.
