Her expertise includes developing innovative recovery strategies, optimizing operational performance, and delivering financial value for clients.  In her current role, Heather leads more than 100 managers and recovery professionals supporting payment integrity programs that impact more than 120 million health plan members nationwide. Her team recovers more than $560M on behalf of some of the nation’s largest payers.  She is passionate about people leadership, professional development, and building collaborative, high-performing teams. Heather is also an advocate for leveraging analytics, automation, and artificial intelligence to transform traditional recovery operations into proactive, scalable cost-containment solutions that improve payment accuracy, reduce healthcare costs, and enhance member and provider experiences.
