She holds a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Healthcare Administration, is a Professional, Academy for Healthcare Management (PAHM), and a Hudson Certified Coach. With more than 20 years of experience in healthcare payment integrity and recovery operations, Heather has led high-performing teams across subrogation, reimbursement, coordination of benefits, and process improvement. Her expertise includes developing innovative recovery strategies, optimizing operational performance, and delivering financial value for clients. In her current role, Heather leads more than 100 managers and recovery professionals supporting payment integrity programs that impact more than 120 million health plan members nationwide. Her team recovers more than $560M on behalf of some of the nation’s largest payers. She is passionate about people leadership, professional development, and building collaborative, high-performing teams.
