UPC Pre-Event Day

In the build up to the Pharma and Biotech Patent Litigation Summit, The Global IP Strategy Hub hosted a cross-industry UPC Litigation Forum on 22nd January. Attendees joined this session to form a practical and comprehensive strategy towards the UPC alongside experts from the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, telecommunications, mechanical engineering and medical device industries.  In this first dedicated meeting discussing UPC practice, members will be able to share experiences and strategies alongside leading judges, in-house counsel and litigators/patent attorneys.
