She also serves as a certified professional coach and was recognized as an Emerging Leader at Elevance Health.

    Baize was a civil rights consultant for nearly 20 years, serving on the Board of Directors for the National Fair Housing Alliance and the Lexington (KY) Fair Housing Council.
